Terms & Conditions
Welcome to NashFitness — where results are earned, not given. These terms are non-negotiable and must be agreed upon before training begins.
1. Be On Time
Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time.
Arrive early. Late arrivals will not receive extra time. If you're 15+ minutes late without notice, your session may be marked as a no-show.
“If you're waiting for motivation, you're already losing.” — David Goggins
2. Payment Policy
- All sessions must be paid in full upfront.
- No bookings are confirmed without payment.
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. No Refunds / No Excuses
We don't do half-effort. If you miss your session, it's gone. Refunds are not given under any circumstance — including lack of motivation, schedule conflicts, or personal issues.
This program is for the disciplined, not the excuse-makers.
4. Discipline Over Motivation
NashFitness is a place for people ready to work. Whether you're tired, stressed, or busy — show up and do the work. That's how results are made.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Minimum 12-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Anything less may result in a forfeit of the session.
- Cancellations must be communicated directly via phone or WhatsApp.
6. Session Expiry
Purchased sessions/packages must be used within a specified timeframe (e.g. 4 or 8 weeks). Unused sessions expire and will not roll over.
7. Health & Liability
- You are responsible for ensuring you are medically cleared to exercise.
- NashFitness is not liable for injuries sustained due to undisclosed conditions or negligence.
- Always inform your trainer of any changes in your physical condition.
8. Respect & Communication
Respect your trainer's time and commitment — you'll get the same in return. Be honest about your progress, diet, and effort. Don't ghost. If life hits hard, communicate.
NashFitness is not a hobby — it's a lifestyle.
“You are in danger of living a life so comfortable and soft, that you will die without ever realizing your true potential.”
— David Goggins
